  • When it comes to providing photography and video, what is the difference between a Wedding and a Event?

Answer:

  • Our Wedding Photography and Video service focuses primarily on Wedding day activities such as the Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception.

  • Our Event Photography and Video service focuses on gatherings, parties, meetings and other special occasions.

  • Examples: Wedding Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Retirement Parties, Graduation Ceremonies, Graduation Parties, Family Reunions, Concerts, sports, and Corporate meetings.

Question:

  • What is a Hybrid Virtual Zoom Event? 

Answer:

  • It's an event that has the combination of in-person attendees as well as online attendees virtually on Zoom sharing in the event. (Best of Both Worlds)

Question:

  • How Does The Livestream Broadcast Services Works?

Answer:

  • The Pixel Proz Livestreaming Broadcast Service does not require a Meeting ID or Passcode. An invitation link is provided to view the Broadcast.

  • This link will go LIVE on the date and time of the event. Simply clicking on the invitation link will allow a person to view the event.

  • There is no interaction with other viewers.  You are literally viewing the event in the same manner you would view a television program. 

Question:

  • On What Devices Can I View The Livestream Broadcast?

Answer:

  • You can view the Livestream Broadcast on a phone, tablet or computer. You can also view  the Livestream on your Smart TV by downloading our Roku or Apple TV App.

  • You can also view the Livestream on your Smart TV's web browser from our website www.pixelprozpnv.com.

Question:

  • What  does it mean to have a Manned or Unmanned video camera?

Answer:

  • Simply put, A manned camera means we will provide an in-person Videographer to operate the video camera.

  • An unmanned camera means we will not provide an in-person Videographer to operate the video camera, however, we will setup a professional video camera at the event to shoot the footage. (Cheaper Option)

Question:  

  • What is the difference between your on Location and Remote service?  

Answer: 

  • On location means we will come to your event and setup our broadcast studio, professional video cameras, lighting and sound system. We will Livestream and Broadcast the event out to the viewing audience. 

  • This also applies to the Hybrid Virtual  Zoom Event Service.

  • Remote means we will Livestream and Broadcast your event from another location. This also applies to the Hybrid Virtual Zoom Event Service.

  • There will be no in-person gathering of people to attend the event. Everything is presented online virtually using Zoom.

Question:

  • What is a Deluxe Remote Online Virtual Event?

Answer: 

  • It is the ability to have multiple camera angles displayed during the event. This is a special service which requires a consultation with Pixel Proz.

Question:

  • What is a Re-Broadcast of a Livestream or Hybrid Virtual Event?

Answer: 

  • Simply put, we will stream and broadcast  your recorded event again on a date and time that you choose. You will be given a link to share with those you invite. You can also view the Re-Broadcast on Roku or Apple TV using the Pixel Proz smart TV App. This is a special service which requires a consultation with Pixel Proz.

Question: 

  • What is the difference between Adding Sound verses Not Adding Sound to the on Location Livestream and Hybrid Virtual Zoom Event Service?

Answer: 

  • Not Adding Sound means we wont provide the sound equipment for your event. We will connect to whatever sound system you have on location or the DJ's sound system.

  • Adding Sound means we will bring our professional sound system to your event along with our Livestream Broadcast Studio. The advantages for choosing this option are the following:

A. Your viewing audience will hear the same sound and audio you are hearing at your event.

B. We can provide more sound options for you at your event.

C. If you choose to have your event recorded, this would be the best option for audio quality.

Question:

  • Will There Be A Recording of the Livestream Broadcast to View Later?

Answer:

  • Yes, if desired, a recording of the entire broadcast will be online to view for a minimum of 30 days.

Question:

  • How can a person view a recording of the event?

Answer:

  • The invitation link provided will also allow a person to view the recorded broadcast.

Question:  

  • Can a person download the recorded broadcast?

Answer:

  • No, there is presently no download provision.

Question:

  • Is there a limit to how many people are able to view the broadcast?

Answer:

  • No, the service is streamed to an unlimited audience. The invitation link can be sent via text or email to as many people as desired and can be viewed on a Phone, Tablet, Laptop, or Smart TV.

Question: 

  • Can friends and family in other countries view the broadcast?

Answer:

  • Yes, friends and family from practically anywhere in the world can view the event as long as they are provided an invitation link.

  • The CDN (Content Delivery Network) is state-of-the-art and it allows individuals around the world to watch the event Live along with everyone else.

Question: 

  • Can people interact with each other during a broadcast?

Answer:

  • No, individuals cannot interact with each other during a Livestream Broadcast. The process is the same as watching television. However, in this case, the signal is broadcast using the internet instead of a television network’s radio transmission through the airway. 

Question:

  • How can individuals viewing the livestream broadcast interact with each other?

Answer:

  • Individuals can interact with each using a video conferencing service such as Zoom. If requested, a Video Conference Meeting ID and Passcode can be posted sometime during the Livestream Broadcasted event.

  • This will allow individuals to login to a Video Conference Platform such as Zoom to interact with friends and family. You can also choose the Livestream & Hybrid Event package option.

Question:

  • Will I be able to view the recording of the Hybrid Virtual Zoom event online?

Answer:

  • Yes, you can, if you choose that option in your service preference. If this service option is chosen, you will be provided a link to view the event online.

  • This provision is located under the section entitled À la cart Services.

Question:

  • Can I purchase the online recording of a Hybrid Virtual Zoom Event?

Answer:

  • Yes, if you choose that option in your service preference. If this service option is chosen, you will be provided a digital download of the recorded Zoom event.

  • This provision is located under the section entitled À la cart Services.

Question:

  • If we provide Pixel Proz with a slide show presentation to be displayed during a Livestream Broadcast, are there any restrictions?

Answer:

  • Yes, we ask that you use only modest and inoffensive photos and videos in the slide show presentation.

 

  • Also, only licensed music is acceptable. Unlicensed music, such as music from your favorite or poplar recording artist cannot be used in the slide show presentation to avoid having a violation of copyrights.

Question:

  • Can the Livestream and Hybrid Virtual Event service be combined and packaged together with the photography service?

Answer:

  • Yes, just make the request and we will share our package options with you.
